One Stop Planner (Unofficial) — Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

In short: One Stop Planner reads pages you open while signed in to your university's own sites, and keeps what it reads only in your browser. It has no server. It doesn't send your information to the developer or anyone else, and it doesn't sell, share or track anything.

Who makes it

One Stop Planner is an unofficial project by an individual student. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Miami University.

What it reads

Only pages on these sites, and only in the session you're already signed in to:

It never reads or stores your password, and never signs in for you.

What it stores, and where

Everything is kept in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on your computer: the audits and registration information above, your semester plans, notes you add with "Mark as covered", pre-registration intents you save, and cached class schedules. It does not store your name or student ID.

What it sends

Pre-registration

Pre-registration intents are saved only on your device. The extension does not send them anywhere. If a way to share them with the university is ever added, it will be optional, explained before you use it, and this policy will be updated first.

Your choices

Use of data

Data is used only to show you your own degree progress, plans and registration information. It is not sold, transferred to third parties, used for advertising, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the effective date above will change and the new version will be posted at this address. Questions: jacksonthmoore@gmail.com.
